#16 – Stop Shoulding on Yourself

Ease up and stop guilting yourself and others into action. Remove the word ‘Should’ from your vocabulary. What other word might you be able to use…could comes to mind for me.

I should sit down and do my monthly paperwork.

Or

I could sit down and do my monthly paperwork.

Ahh…that feels better now doesn’t it?

Other words that are game changers include; Changing Why to What and But to And. Give it a try!
