#17 – Simplify

Do you ever find yourself multitasking to your detriment? On a conference call while researching on the web and making your to-do list all at the same time? Do you start projects only to start more projects? Are you inundated with items on your to-do list? Perhaps its time to simplify? What would happen if you only focused on the big ticket items? The ones that will give you the biggest return on your investment? What would happen if you delegated the other items or even let them slide?

Step One: Take some time right now to identify your top 5 big ticket items. The items that give you the biggest ROI.

Step Two: Commit to delegating or letting the small ticket items slide for a minimum of two weeks.

Step Three: Revaluate how you feel about your situation in two weeks.

Feeling more focused? Are you getting a good return on your time? Are you feeling more present in the things that you do? What was the worst thing that happened during your two week trial period?
