#4 – Find a Mentor or a Coach

One key to loving your professional self is to make sure you have a mentor or a coach. Having a good mentor or a coach will put your career on the fast track going at mock speed…you ready?

In my own life I have surrounded myself with amazing mentors and even hired a business coach to support me along my journey. Do you have people in your life who have paved the way? Not that you have to be following necessarily in their footsteps but someone who you view as a mentor? Someone who will ask you the right questions? Challenge you? More importantly someone who you can trust will give you honest feedback? It is unexplainable how much a mentor or coach can support you along your journey and most importantly help you put your plans into action at mock speed. No dilly dallying, no excuses just mock speed productivity.

That’s all for this first week of {20 Ways to Love your Professional Self}. Check back on Monday to get even more tips on how to take care of your career.
