I am hosting a book club on Monday February 23rd (read the book in January/February). We are reading the book Crucial Conversations in preparation for all of the exciting things we will face in 2015. I know that many of my clients organizations are growing and growth is
good great. With growth comes a strategy. Artfully taking a strategy from pen and paper to verbal communication in order to get buy-in from your employees is not easy. Sometimes individuals are impacted positively by growth and sometimes they get the short end of the stick.
Do you have crucial conversations at work? I’ve heard from communications professionals that this is a fantastic book and I look forward to cracking my book open over the holiday break. This looks like an important book for business owners/leaders, managers and HR professionals, that’s you right?
Join me for a book club.
On Monday, February 23rd, 2015 at 12pm Pacific Time I’m hosting a virtual book club (conference call) to debrief the book Crucial Conversations. The focus is to learn from each other through our conversation. I will send out a list of prepared questions prior to the call and look forward to learning from you my client, colleagues, friends and newbies too.
Are you IN?
All you have to do to tell me you’re ‘IN’ to make the commitment to yourself and me by doing one of the following;
1) Post on the McGeachy Consulting Facebook page “I’m IN!”
2) Email me directly email@example.com “I’m IN”
3) Tweet “I’m IN” to me @AMcGeachy
4) Post in the comments below “I’m IN”.
Or all four! Once you do, I will get you the conference call information for our book club on February 23rd, 2015.
The book is available for purchase through Amazon. The book club/call is complementary/free.
