An HR Assessment is where a third party evaluates a business in terms of HR capabilities and compliance. The assessment includes reviewing all current tool such as the performance appraisal process, employee handbook, recruitment as well as interviewing key leaders in the company. Overall the assessment is meant to identify best practices and also any weak points a company may have. Many small, fast-growing companies do not have tools in place to manage their ever growing workforce. The HR Assessment helps to identify those gaps and make recommendations on how to proceed.

1.A business is nearing or surpassed 25 employees
